 I started as a DJ back in 1975 in Bronx, NY. I taught himself how to DJ using two Pioneer turntables and a mixer with just a cross-fade (no headphones). Some of the DJs who inspired Me to get started on the road to being a DJ were Ted Currier, Shep Pettibone, Tony Humphries, Jellybean, The Latin Rascals, and Larry Levan. In 1977, I started doing Mobile DJ work for events in the New York area. I also had a Live Mix Show from 1989 to 1990 on a NY Radio station called WRTN spinning Disco Classics along with House and Freestyle cuts. After 30 years, I Am still doing Mobile DJ work in the New York area. "My DJ style is doing mixes that are different and exciting, and also playing the forgotten Disco Jams. What's important to me in the mix is the collection of songs being put together, making it one long song and telling a story behind it. I mix yesterday's Disco till today's Dance if you're looking for Radio Mix Show DJ. Can never keep track of when you are live / not with the time difference. Anyway - I have a heap of work to do tonight and your Sunday flight is keeping me going!!! And a big shout out to me would keep my spirits up.

| Hey VJC - my computer died and I have had to recreate my account here - anyhow i was the one asking for santa esmerelda from England a month or two ago - disco935 has saved my life seriously - nothing else has come close in terms of playing my music without me at the controls but what has happened to you VJC??? are you still playing - I listen on my phone and you dont seem to be pumping out any new mixes......yours expectantly Daniel in England....and if you are in the mood for requests....eddie kendricks goin up in smoke, santa es as we already discussed, and a bit of mike theodore and droids would go down a treat (I wont dare ask if you have giorgio's edit of battlestar gallactica!). I have said it then back in the day and i still say it today that VJC is the best a guy that knows how to mix back to back .
